William Crittenden or better known as Billy, is perhaps the most responsive and professional tradesman, I have come across so far.Billy visited us on a very short notice to inspect the roof damage caused by the storm earlier in the year and started the work within days.Due to the quirky nature of the flat roof, despite of his work, we saw leaks in subsequent rains.We called him up. Not only did he visit us again to inspect the leaks, he redid the whole roof again without charging us a single penny. Since then, we didn't have any issues and hope not to have any in future.His sense of care and ownership is really commendable.Thanks Billy.

After several years I decided to go up my loft tue evening to see what I had stored up there. I lifted the hatch and to my horror I saw daylight, there was hole in the roof ! After panicking for a while I convinced myself it was just a slipped tile and hoped it wouldn't cost me a small fortune to replace it. I found radlet roofing near me and phoned them 7.52 the next morning and Will answered the phone within a couple of rings. He was so sorry that he couldn't come to me that day to put it right that he offered to come the next day on his way home from work if I was not able to find someone that day. One firm couldn't come for several days and the other roofers phone number had been disconnected. I phoned Will straight back and he put my mind at rest by agreeing with my diagnosis even though I know nothing about roofs and gave me a price which was much less than I anticipated. As promised Will came after work and took a photograph of my slipped tile diagnoses to show me the problem. It was a ridge tile, or lack off one and it looked really bad. Thankfully he was able to sort it and he did so in no time. He showed me a photo of the finished job and I was so pleased to see the difference and relieved that it was all done and all else was OK. You are my first dealings with a roof company Will and you have been brilliant in getting my roof sorted asap. I would definately use you again and or recommend you. Thank you so much. You made a bad situation for me much better. Stay safe and well.
